Last year the IUIS Education course “Immuno-India: Epigenetic Regulation of Immune Responses” was held. Based on feedback from this course, we have developed an online follow-up course, focused on genetic and epigenetic techniques. The course has been created and will be led by Dr Satyajeet Khare from Symbiosis International (Deemed University), India.
The course will run over 5 days, 1-2 hours each day. At the end of the course, there will be an assessment of skills acquired, and a certificate of training provided and endorsed by IUIS.

- 2 July 2024 – Tue – 6 pm to 7 pm (IST) (Theory): NGS data analysis
- 3 July 2024 – Wed – 6 pm to 7 pm (IST) (Theory): RNA sequencing library preparation and analysis
- 4 July 2024 – Thu – 6 pm to 8 pm (IST) (Hands-on-training): RNA-Seq data analysis using GEO2R
- 5 July 2024 – Fri – 6 pm to 7 pm (IST) (Theory): ChIP-Sequencing library preparation and analysis
- 6 July 2024 – Sat – 6 pm to 8 pm (IST) (Hands-on-training): Visualization of ChIP-Seq data using the UCSC genome browser
- 10 July – Assessment due
